Better Days Health Care proudly serves children through Georgia's Pediatric Program (GAPP), a Medicaid-funded program designed to support medically fragile children under the age of 21 in their homes.
Through GAPP, families can access not only skilled medical care, but also developmental, behavioral, and supportive services that help children grow, learn and thrive in a safe, familiar environment.
Services are approved based on the child's medical needs. Families who are eligible for Medicaid can apply for GAPP at any time!
