Children under the age of 5 require skilled nursing home care and must currently be receiving physician ordered services to be considered eligible for this program

Free Consultation
and Intake
The first step in the care process is for us to gather information as a preliminary assessment through a 100% free consultation call. Once qualified, we then schedule an in-home meeting with our client and their family.
During this in-home meeting we will develop a personalized care plan for our client based on their unique needs.

Personalized Care Plan
Every clients needs are different so every care plan is personalized to match. Once the recommended care plan is completed by our team, we will have a second meeting with our client and their family to review. Once we have all agreed to the care plan we move forward with the home caregiver match process!

Caregiver Match
Once your personalized care plan is approved, we begin carefully pairing your loved one with the right caregiver or nurse. Our matching process looks at each clients medical needs, personality, routines, and family preferences to create the best possible fit.
While in the home, caregivers and nurses document all important notes in a dedicated care journal to ensure consistency and clear communication. In addition, a supervisory nurse nurse will make periodic visits to the home unannounced during schedule care hours to monitor quality and provide ongoing support.

Is Better Days Health Care Services Licensed?
Yes - we operate fully in compliance with all applicable Georgia regulations. Our agency is licensed and meets all relevant state requirements, giving you confidence that care is provided safely and professionally.
How Are your Caregivers and Nurses selected?
We hold our team to the highest standards. Every caregiver undergoes thorough screening, including criminal-background and driver's record checks. We verify references, ensure current insurance, and confirm eligibility under SSN / I-9 guidelines. We also maintain a drug-free work policy.
How Do I Sign Up for Home Care?
It starts with a 100% free consultation call with us. We'll then arrange a free in-home visit at your convenience with one of our experienced nurses. During this visit, we'll learn about your child's needs and family situation, then collaborate with you to build a personalized care plan.
How Much Does It Cost?
There's $0 out of pocket cost to get started. You only pay for services after they are provided and once you are fully satisfied
Are there minimum service requirements (hours/days)?
We offer a flexible minimum - starting at just 1 hour per visit. As needs change, services can increase, up to full-time support, including around the clock care (24/7/365) if needed.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
Nope! We don't believe in locking families int long-term contracts. You'll sign a Service Agreement outlining the days and times you choose. If your child's needs change you can adjust or end services at any time.
