How Are your Caregivers and Nurses selected?

We hold our team to the highest standards. Every caregiver undergoes thorough screening, including criminal-background and driver's record checks. We verify references, ensure current insurance, and confirm eligibility under SSN / I-9 guidelines. We also maintain a drug-free work policy.

How Do I Sign Up for Home Care?

It starts with a 100% free consultation call with us. We'll then arrange a free in-home visit at your convenience with one of our experienced nurses. During this visit, we'll learn about your child's needs and family situation, then collaborate with you to build a personalized care plan.

How Much Does It Cost?

There's $0 out of pocket cost to get started. You only pay for services after they are provided and once you are fully satisfied

Are there minimum service requirements (hours/days)?

We offer a flexible minimum - starting at just 1 hour per visit. As needs change, services can increase, up to full-time support, including around the clock care (24/7/365) if needed.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

Nope! We don't believe in locking families int long-term contracts. You'll sign a Service Agreement outlining the days and times you choose. If your child's needs change you can adjust or end services at any time.
